Goals:

.To engage the community by focusing on the needs
and concerns of the residents of Winnetka. To
strengthen the stakeholders confidence while
addressing youth crime, graffiti, abandoned shopping
carts, increase neighborhood beautification and
lighting, decrease illegal dumping and illegal
parked vehicles. Additionally, identify solutions
for transients residing in certain areas. The
solution is to work together to improve community
safety.
