The Rules, Elections & By-Laws Committee is responsible for
overseeing & revising the rules by which the Winnetka Neighborhood
Council operates and for planning our elections.

Our upcoming election is planned for Thursday, November 8, 2007 from
4:30 to 8:30pm. It will be held at:
